      By using this website, you accept the terms and conditions contained within these pages. Please read them carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms from time to time.

Prior permission is required in order to use our images, information or code. The content of this site may be used as informative and shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction or modification of the content on this site is strictly prohibited. Please e-mail us for further details.

      All prices quoted on our Web Site include VAT at the current rate.

      Data Protection and Privacy Statement

      We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to respond to your request. The customer's information remains confidential to the company and we will not make any personal information available to a third party.

      Availability

      Almonds UK Ltd accepts no responsibility for losses suffered as a result of unavailability of a product. All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last.

      Cancellation

      You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the product(s). Goods must be unopened, unused and in a perfect condition, fit for resale. You must inform Almonds UK Ltd of your cancellation by email or letter within 7 days. Keep a receipt of postage of your cancellation notice or a confirmation of sending a cancellation email.

      In the event of order cancellation, a refund will be processed as soon as possible, and in any event before 30 days have passed since deemed cancellation. We will not refund any cost of returning the goods to us. The cost of returning the goods will not be refunded. You must pay for all postage and packaging costs when returning goods to us. We recommend that you return the goods by Royal Mail special delivery or insured delivery as Almonds UK Ltd do not accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit. We also recommend that you obtain and keep a certificate or proof of posting.

      Almonds UK Ltd reserve the right to cancel an order for any of the following reasons:

  • Where goods are unavailable.
  • Where there has been a product error, product description error, price error, or other information error.
  • If authorisation of your payment fails or is unavailable.

      Returns

      All returns should be sent to:

      We recommend returning the item to us using Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once again, all return postage costs must be paid by you, the customer. Please state or include your order/invoice number, delivery address, product details and your reason for return on any correspondence or in any communication.
      All items must be returned in an original condition within 7 days with the proof of receipts. Items sent back to us must include all original packaging, instructions or inserts that were inside when you received it and in the condition it was received. Without proof of receipt, refund cannot be made.

      Refunds

      If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the goods that we have supplied, please return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened and in a condition suitable for resale. We will process a full refund as soon as we can. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are damaged or broken in which case we will pay for return postage costs. Returned goods should be sent to the address above. Once again we recommend returning the item to us using Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will not be able to issue the refund if the item is damaged on our receipt or does not reach us.

      Faulty Item

      If the item you received is faulty, please contact us either by email or by letter within 3 days of receipt and return it to us within 7 days of receipt. In this case we will pay for return postage costs. Please state whether you require a refund or a replacement for your faulty product. Refunds cannot be processed if the fault has been caused, created or is a result of your misuse.

      Payment

      Almonds UK Ltd accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, bank transfer and personal cheque and you have to wait until is cleared.

      Shipping

      We ship usually within 1-3 working days and after payment is received.

      Delivery

      Delivery is to mainland UK only. Unfortunately we do not make overseas deliveries.
      Delivery of your product(s) will be made to the address that you provide in the 'delivery address' field in the order process. Where details provided for the delivery address are supplied by you and these details are incorrect or incomplete, Almonds UK Ltd, its agents and/or representatives are not liable for any products that you do not receive. Further to this, we are not liable for any consequential losses resulting from non-delivery of your item(s).
      Delivery in most instances is made by Royal Mail Recorded Sign for First Class delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the Royal Mail Delivery Service. Please be aware that due to Royal Mail's terms and conditions, a parcel cannot be considered lost until 15 working days after dispatch. Please contact us if your goods have not arrived after 15 days.
      In the event of a parcel going missing, we cannot send out a replacement item, or offer a full refund until a claim has been accepted and processed by Royal Mail. In the event of a parcel going missing, the time for a full claim to be processed is usually 21 days, although this may be longer.
      Almonds UK Ltd accepts no responsibility where proof of delivery has indicated that a 'you were out' card has been left by the Royal Mail (or similar) and you have subsequently not picked up the item.

      Guarantee

      The products Salin Plus and Salin S2 are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 Year.
      This does not cover the product where the fault is due to misuse, abuse, use in contravention of the instructions, or where the product has been the subject of unauthorised modifications or alterations.
      In the event of a problem with the product within the guarantee period please contact us by email or letter.

      Almonds UK Ltd is the exclusive distributor of Salin® products on the UK market. Salin® products can't be marketed without the written approval of Almonds UK Ltd.
      If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These remaining provisions shall continue to have full force and effect. Only parties to these terms and conditions may seek to enforce them. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended as granting persons who are not parties to these terms and/or contractual provisions, any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

      Disclaimer

      While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period, and we will not be liable if you cannot reach our sales, customer care or information team by telephone or email. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, repair, or for any reasons that may be outside the control of any Almonds UK Ltd agent and/or representative.
      We retain the right to change the pricing of any product at any time and to refuse orders which contain products which are priced incorrectly. Almonds UK Ltd retains the right to refuse any order.
      Almonds UK Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy or validity of the information and materials on this website. Almonds UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage howsoever arising. All information contained on the Site, including information relating to medical and health conditions, products and treatments, is for informational purposes only.
